OTR1 Studio: RIP

This was a popular studio here at The Rag Factory, but is sadly no more - despite our managing to put together the financing to buy the building from its current owner so it could remain in use as an arts space, he was determined the building would be demolished and turned into flats.  This should be happening later this year, and the building is scheduled for imminent demolition.

Alternatives to OTR within the existing Rag Factory would be either our Apricot Studio, which has the same surface area as OTR used to, or Hume, which is much larger.  What we cannot replace, at this point, is the working height so much appreciated by fans of OTR.  While we are actively looking for spaces that might one day come to replace OTR, we've not yet found anywhere to meet our needs.
